Returns & Exchanges

At The Grounding Co, we want you to feel completely at home in your purchases; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
